FAQ'S

Please familiarise yourself with the information below

before attending Teesside Vineyard Church Live.

  • Tickets
Our capacity is going to be limited so we can create a safe and socially distanced experience. To ensure you get a seat, we’re going to require you to reserve a free ticket online before you come to church. You can book tickets for your family and friends, and you can book for your guests. We would just ask you only to book tickets you will use so someone else doesn’t miss out. Doors open 15 minutes before the service begins. Due to the high level of demand, If you arrive after the service starts we reserve the right to give your ticket away. You will be able to book your TICKETS online at www.teessidevineyardchurch.co.uk/live, or by telephone by calling 07861236792. If you have not reserved a seat, you can turn up on the day, but we can’t guarantee you admission. You will need to join a waiting list, register your details, and we’ll only be able to admit you if we have capacity in the building.
  • Touch Free
When you arrive, our welcome team will check you in, and usher you to your seat without you needing to touch any surfaces.
  • Hygiene
We are going to be asking you to bring a face mask, and we’ll have spare ones available on arrival if you’ve forgotten yours, along with hand-sanitiser. Toilets will be available to use in emergencies. Of course if you’re ill, please don’t come to church. Instead, we ask that you let us know so we can confidentially track if there has been any risk of transmission.
  • Social Distancing
Seating will be arranged in accordance with the latest social distancing guidelines. Households and family units will be able to sit together as a bubble, and it’s really important that we respect this.
  • Family
Teesside Vineyard Live is designed to be a live version of our online family-friendly experience, and as such is able to be enjoyed by the whole family. Children are welcome, but will be required to remain seated with their family at all times to ensure social distancing measures are respected, and we’re going to need your help with this. Parents and carers will be required to keep their children with them at all times.
  • Youth & Kids Programmes
When we first return to physical meetings children will stay in the main service with their families. Our kids workers will provide a range of activities and challenges to help children stay engaged throughout the meeting. Once we ensure programmes can run safely we will resume Sunday morning groups. We are excited to be launching a new youth provision during the service from 11.30 -12pm. This will take place in the back hall and will be for young people in school years 6-13.
  • Worship
To prevent transmission, we will not initially be singing out loud together as a congregation. We will however have focused times of worship & reflection led by the band & service hosts.
  • Prayer Ministry
We’re going to be making lots of space to receive the Holy Spirit together, to encounter God. We won’t be calling people forward for prayer, or laying hands on people like we usually do. If you would like to receive specific prayer please get in touch via hello@teessidevineyardchurch.co.uk and we can contact you directly.
  • One-Way System
We will operate a one-way system with a separate entrance and exit.
  • Covid-19 Symptoms
If you have been diagnosed with or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 you must not come to a Teesside Vineyard Live service. Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home. In addition, if you have returned from international travel or been in close contact with someone who has returned from international travel in the last 14 days please stay at home.
  • Test & Trace
By reserving a seat for a Teesside Vineyard Church Live you agree that your details may be shared with NHS Test And Trace in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak.
