Frequently asked questions
Tickets
Touch Free
When you arrive, our welcome team will check you in, and usher you to your seat without you needing to touch any surfaces.
Hygiene
We are going to be asking you to bring a face mask, and we’ll have spare ones available on arrival if you’ve forgotten yours, along with hand-sanitiser. Toilets will be available to use in emergencies. Of course if you’re ill, please don’t come to church. Instead, we ask that you let us know so we can confidentially track if there has been any risk of transmission.
Social Distancing
Seating will be arranged in accordance with the latest social distancing guidelines. Households and family units will be able to sit together as a bubble, and it’s really important that we respect this.
Family
Teesside Vineyard Live is designed to be a live version of our online family-friendly experience, and as such is able to be enjoyed by the whole family. Children are welcome, but will be required to remain seated with their family at all times to ensure social distancing measures are respected, and we’re going to need your help with this. Parents and carers will be required to keep their children with them at all times.
Worship
To prevent transmission, we will not initially be singing out loud together as a congregation. We will however have focused times of worship & reflection led by the band & service hosts.
Prayer Ministry
We’re going to be making lots of space to receive the Holy Spirit together, to encounter God. We won’t be calling people forward for prayer, or laying hands on people like we usually do. If you would like to receive specific prayer please get in touch via hello@teessidevineyardchurch.co.uk and we can contact you directly.
One-Way System
We will operate a one-way system with a separate entrance and exit.
Covid-19 Symptoms
If you have been diagnosed with or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 you must not come to a Teesside Vineyard Live service. Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home. In addition, if you have returned from international travel or been in close contact with someone who has returned from international travel in the last 14 days please stay at home.
Test & Trace
By reserving a seat for a Teesside Vineyard Church Live you agree that your details may be shared with NHS Test And Trace in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak.
Contact
If you have any questions please drop an email to hello@teessidevineyardchurch.co.uk and we will get back to you.
Youth & Kids Programmes
When we first return to physical meetings children will stay in the main service with their families. Our kids workers will provide a range of activities and challenges to help children stay engaged throughout the meeting. Once we ensure programmes can run safely we will resume Sunday morning groups.
